There is something about the ancient wisdom of the Tao Te Ching that I find captivating.  There's so much to savor and blend into one's own life.  Here's one of my favorite sayings:

Whoever is stiff and inflexible
is a disciple of death.
Whoever is soft and yielding
is a disciple of life.
