I'd call it: I'm a bed-and-shower kind of girl

So we've just returned from a wild camping adventure in the semi-civilized regions around Yellowstone.  Jackson Lake, to be exact.  We stayed in a highly economical tent-cabin.  It's a step-up from an actual tent, and a tumble-down from a comfy hotel room.

We tried to go fishing one evening, but the mosquitoes were so thick I could have sworn we were in the birth-place of all mosquitoes.  But no.  We were near the Jackson Lake dam.

Trip highlights?  Hanging with extended family.  Dutch-oven cooking on a fire.  Seeing a grizzly bear in the wild.  The gorgeous Tetons.  I seriously took about seventy picture of the mountains.  The low-lights?  Sharing a bathroom with about a hundred other women.

Grande Teton
